A word from Pastor Mike
We Must Be Kingdom Minded
Last month we heard a refreshing message from Pastor Shane Rhodehamel entitled, “ Breakthrough or Bust.”
It was based on Ephesians 6, and if you didn’t get this message or you know someone who needs “to stand,”
there is still time to get your copy of this relevant message.
Along these lines, our church must have Father God’s heart. We must be “kingdom minded.”
We must be more like a river and not a pond. In order to not become stagnant, we must give out of all that
God blesses us with in our life so far, so we can receive more from God.
He will give to you if He can trust you to pass it on!! We can continue to channel God’s presence
to those around us who desperately need Him. Once they taste, they will see!
Our lifestyle, and even the reason we come to church, is not to see if God can bless me and meet my needs.
It is for you and I to be so full of Him that we look for those less fortunate to bless.
Our purpose in His kingdom is to be so full of Him that we spill all over those around us that are without Him.
Even coming to church is meant for us to sense a corporate anointing and to recharge us so we can move the darkness out by bringing the Light (Jesus) in!!!
Matthew 5:14 says that we are the light of the world, and verse 13 tells us that we are to be the salt, also.
Salt is a preservative. If it weren't for believers being on the earth, the world would deteriorate much faster than it is.
We all need to step it up and get more of the finished work of Jesus and all that He has done for you to everyone around us.
God’s heart always has been, and always will be, for souls!!!
That is our heart here at Faith Alive Church.
We have made up our mind to be right smack in the middle of all that God is doing in this world.
In His Grip,
Pastor Mike
